• Issue a Proposal and Quotation to meet the specific Scope of Work.
• Once Proposal is accepted, a Purchase Order is issued
• A retainer fee as defined in the Proposal/Quotation is issued.
• A "Kick Off" meeting is scheduled to review the project
• Timelines and milestones are established
• Decision Points extablished, such as Engineering Approval
• Procedure of changing Scope of Work
• Payment milestones
• Regular "In Process" Project Review
